How long does it take to make a video?
Most videos are ready in under a minute. After you pay, generation starts automatically and your order page updates in real time — you’ll also get an email with a shareable link as soon as it’s done.
My video failed to generate. What should I do?
Occasionally a generation doesn’t complete. Open your order and use the Retry button to try again at no extra cost. If it keeps failing, email hello@wishyouwellapp.com and we’ll re-generate it or refund you.
Can I get a refund?
Because each video is custom-generated for you, sales are final once generation begins. But if something went wrong on our end, we’ll always make it right — a free re-generation or a refund. See our Terms of Service for details.
Who can see my video?
Each completed video has a private, unlisted link. Anyone you send the link to can view and download the video without signing in — that’s how you deliver the gift. Only share the link with people you want to see it.
Is there a limit on my message?
For avatar (talking-head) videos, keep your message to about 32 words or 220 characters so the speech fits within the video. Shorter, heartfelt messages tend to look and sound best.
What happens to a photo I upload?
Photos are used only to generate the avatar video you requested. Please only upload a photo of yourself or someone who has given you permission. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
How do I download or re-share a video?
Open the video from your dashboard or its share link. From there you can copy the link again or download the MP4 to save and share anywhere.
